Responsibilities
• Serve as an onsite liaison between disaster survivors and government entities• Conduct site visits and identify challenges with individual recovery efforts• Maintain communication and build rapport with disaster survivors• Demonstrate kindness and compassion through intentional interactions
Requirements
• At least two years of relevant experience• Basic knowledge of FEMA programs• Detail-oriented and organized• Excellent listening and communication skills• Bachelor's degree preferred• Ability to work full-time and travel to affected areas• Ability to work outside in varying weather conditions
