Clover Sonoma is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented temporary HR Consultant to join our HR team at Clover Sonoma. This role will provide support to Clover's HR department by supporting our organization's ongoing initiatives and projects.

Position has a hybrid schedule; 3 days onsite and 2 days work from home.
Salary range: $40 – 50/hour Responsibilities:Provides support for the organization's people-related objectives for employee engagement.Support the open enrollment process and work with other HR team members to ensure setup is managed accurately and efficiently within the HRIS system (including but not limited to employee communications, payroll deductions, carrier feeds, etc.).Facilitate and assist the performance management process, including appraisals and compensation review/maintenance.Support in the management of employee rewards and recognition programs.Provide guidance and support in order to complete the execution of an employee engagement survey; partnering with external consultants to compile results and present to the Executive Leadership Team.Acts as an internal consultant by analyzing and recommending solutions to human resource issues.Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges, providing HR insights and solutions that support the strategic objectives.Collect, compile, and create HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including but not limited to the following: HRIS, management and employee surveys, employment records, etc.Prepares reports and analysis of data results.What You Bring to the Team:4-6 years of related experience in an HR Business Partner role.HR Project design and implementation experience required.Knowledge of Federal and State labor legislation and regulations.Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.Preferred familiarity with ADP or other similar HRIS.Proficient with Google Suite products.Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Strong ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.Strong business acumen, including problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis.
