How you make a differenceThe Human Resources Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Senior Director of Human Resources Projects and Initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive administrative support, including managing calendars, answering calls, processing invoices and expense reports, and coordinating travel arrangements.Oversee and manage various employee programs and processes such as recognition, awards, labor law posters, new hire paperwork, and employment verifications.Serve as the primary point of contact for general HR inquiries, assisting with new employee orientation, benefits administration, and level 1 employee relations issues.Ensure accuracy and upkeep of HR-related documents, forms, and manuals in designated drives and systems.Monitor and manage HR email boxes, org charts, unemployment claims, and employment verification processes.Qualifications & RequirementsEducation
High School diploma or equivalent.Experience
Minimum of two years clerical/administrative experience, preferably in Human Resources field.Licenses/Certifications
