Odyssey Systems seeks with an HR Data and Reporting Analyst to join our HR Team. In this role, the ideal candidate will support Odyssey's Human Resources Information Manager with compliance, reporting, and systems. This position is also responsible for supporting the maintenance of our internal HRIS database files and tables, and developing custom reports for company leadership as well as other customer needs. This is a full-time hybrid position with a requirement to be in Odyssey's Wakefield, MA office a minimum of one time per week.
Duties include, but not limited to:
Manage the data entry and record-keeping of employment data and within HRIS solutions, maintaining employee records (payroll, time off, benefits, personal information). Partners with other HR team members to ensure we meet government reporting obligations related to EEO, OSHA, AAP, VETS, etc and ensure compliance with internal control standards and regulatory requirements Coordinate with Payroll on appropriate changes to ensure data integrity and compliance in all relevant jurisdictions Provide support to HR Business Partners to drive consistent best practices Analyze Compensation data to enhance HR initiatives Provide support for all HRIS functions including report generation, Learning Management System, system maintenance, research and resolution of issues, and compliance activities Design, prepares, and analyze reports for HR/employee data in response to requests from users within Human Resources and from users in other departments. Act as initial level of support and resolve issues for HRIS. Increase knowledge of HR by participating in user group meetings and conferences Perform other duties, special projects and activities as required by the organization Respond to Human Resources team inquiries for reporting and details Collaborate with the Human Resources team on HR projects and proposals Provide day-to-day support to the HR Operations team, backing up team for onboarding and offboarding Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Minimum Required Qualifications Clearance : None
Education: Bachelor degree - Business or HR related discipline
Years of Experience: At least 3 years of experience in an HR setting
Preferred Qualifications Certifications: SHRM certification
Technical Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong Human Resources understanding Experience with UKG Pro and Cognos Analytics a plus Strong Excel experience, with ability to do Vlookup, pivot tables, and work with large data sets Interpersonal Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Additional Information Location: Greater Boston, MA area
