Job Description The HR Generalist Coordinator II provides support to Human Resources and operational managers to complete day to day field HR activities and ensure successful roll out of HR initiatives to the business. Support Human Resources management in daily reporting, administration, and other HR functions.
Job Responsibilities Use HR systems to produce reportsAssist with tracking and administrating recognition programProvide data and information as needed for investigations in partnership with HR ManagersCoordinate the benefits programLead and coordinate the Annual Performance Review process for front line associates in partnership with managementAssist with hiring, on-boarding, and training new associatesConnect with a third-party administrator for worker's compensation, FMLA, and Short-Term Disability and leaveAt Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers.
