Responsibilities: The HR Generalist will be responsible for: Taking charge of the recruiting process for various departments - screening candidates, assisting with interviews, scheduling and initiating the onboarding process for new employees The HR Generalist will assist with employee relations including FMLA, worker's compensation, benefits and other duties as assigned Qualifications: The successful HR Generalist candidate will possess the following qualifications: 4+ years of steady experience in a similar HR role Exceptional communication skills and highly organized Professionalism, integrity, and a proactive attitude.
