Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our consulting firm, which is experiencing rapid growth. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in enhancing our human resources management by engaging in activities such as recruitment, hiring, staffing, retention, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. This role is pivotal in supporting our strategic use of human resources to achieve organizational excellence. Our firm operates remotely, offering a dynamic and flexible work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Hiring: Lead and support the recruitment process by identifying talent sources, posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting virtual interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process.
Employee Relations: Collaborate with management to address and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring a harmonious workplace environment.
Policy and Benefits Administration: Guide employees through benefits enrollment, and assist in understanding and utilizing company benefits and policies.
Training and Compliance: Support the development and delivery of training materials and programs. Advise on HR-related issues to ensure compliance with legal standards.
Engagement and Retention: Foster a positive work culture that values teamwork and open communication, contributing to high employee engagement and retention.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in human resources, with a strong foundation in hiring and interviewing processes.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Professionalism and ethical integrity are paramount.
Leadership skills with the ability to guide and influence team members.
Minimum of a high school diploma. A Bachelor's degree or relevant coursework in human resources or business management is a plus.
Training: Comprehensive training on our business model, culture, and HR structure will be provided.
Remote Work Requirements: Suitable home office setup with a reliable internet connection. Must ensure a distraction-free workspace during working hours.
