Part-Time Human Resources Generalist Job Description About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Human Resources Generalist. This position will provide valuable support to our HR department referred to as People and Culture, assisting with a variety of tasks including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative duties. Responsibilities:Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist with posting job advertisements on various platformsScreen resumes and conduct initial phone interviewsSchedule and coordinate interviewsPrepare offer letters and employment contractsConduct new employee orientation and onboarding proceduresEmployee Relations: Respond to employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional mannerAssist with employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and performance managementMaintain accurate and confidential employee recordsAdministrative Tasks: Assist with benefits administration and open enrollmentMaintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulationsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred 1-2 years of experience in human resources or a related fieldStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to handle confidential information with discretionPositive attitude and a team-player mentalityNon-Profit work experience is preferred Note: This is a part-time position, and the specific hours and days of work may vary.
