Hr Generalist

Our client in the retail industry is seeking an HR Generalist to join their team.
As an HR Generalist, you will be part of the HR department supporting associate relations cases, emails, and requests.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing associate relations cases, supporting leaves of absences, return to work, accommodations, and unemployment, as well as partnering with the Asset Protection team on resolution of AP investigations and background checks.


Job Title: HR Generalist

Location: Hybrid in Columbus, OH
Pay Rate: $33.80hr

What's the Job? Manage Associate Relations Cases, Emails and Requests Support leaves of absences, return to work, accommodations, and unemployment Partner with Asset Protection team on resolution of AP investigations, background checks, etc.
Ensure consistent application of policies, practices, and company values Investigate and support resolution associate relations cases What's Needed? 2-4 years experience in HR Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience Ability to manage associate relations cases, emails, and requests Experience supporting leaves of absences, return to work, accommodations, and unemployment Ability to partner with Asset Protection team on resolution of AP investigations and background checks
