Job SummaryOverview:
As our HR Manager, you will oversee all aspects of recruitment, compensation and benefits, governmental compliance, and employee relations. You will be integral in shaping our organization's culture and success by initiating a positive new employee experience, assisting with recruitment efforts, and supporting complex employee issues.
Expertise in Compliance:
Your knowledge of governmental compliance and employment law is crucial for managing disciplinary actions and terminations, ensuring adherence to KVC policies, and mitigating legal risks.
Building Rapport and Trust:
You will build strong relationships with staff and leadership, represent KVC professionally in the community, and provide support and guidance in all HR matters.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field Qualifications:
21 years of ageValid drivers licenseValid auto insurancePHR or SHRM certification preferred, but not requiredExperience:
Must have 2-3 years of HR generalist experience.3-5 years of HR generalist experience in a Hospital, preferredExpertise in Compliance:
Proficient in governmental compliance and employment law.Skilled in navigating disciplinary actions and terminations.Ensures adherence to KVC policies.Reduces risk of liability and legal ramifications.
