Responsibilities:

As an HR Officer at Creative Surfaces, you will play a vital role in shaping our organizational culture and supporting our employees' growth and development. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:


Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Onboarding and Orientation: Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are well-integrated into the company culture and equipped with the necessary tools for success.
Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing concerns and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures to foster a positive work environment.
Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process, providing tools and resources to managers and employees to enhance performance and career development.
Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
Compliance and Policy Development: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
Organizational Development: Collaborate with leadership to drive initiatives that promote employee engagement, retention, and overall organizational effectiveness.
Requirements:

We are looking for candidates at various experience levels, from entry-level to senior-level HR professionals. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:


Education: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in HR roles is desirable, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
Personality Traits: We seek driven and confident individuals who are passionate about HR and committed to making a positive impact within our organization.
Soft Skills: Strong creativity and leadership abilities are essential. You should be able to think outside the box and inspire others to achieve their best.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with employees at all levels.
