Position Overview:
As an HR Officer at Boardman Subaru, you will play a crucial role in supporting our human resources functions. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall effectiveness of our HR department. This position is suitable for candidates at various experience levels, from entry-level to senior-level professionals. Your contributions will help shape the future of our workforce and ensure that we attract and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews. Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends to support continuous improvement. Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and develop strategies to meet those needs. Facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance. Support employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture. Assist in performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback. Provide support for employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and respectful workplace. Prepare reports and presentations for management regarding HR metrics and initiatives. Requirements: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory for entry-level positions. Relevant experience in HR or a related field is a plus, but we welcome entry-level candidates with a strong desire to learn. Strong research skills and the ability to analyze data to inform decision-making. Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences. A motivated and hardworking attitude, with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid remote work environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software is a plus.
