Job Description Human Resource Assistant - Pavilion - Full time - Eligible for benefits - Parker is the areas highest quality nursing care residence providing a warm and compassionate homelike environment - Excellent benefits including 25 paid days off, annual holiday bonus, pension plan, generous (optional) medical, dental and vision plans, tuition reimbursement, childcare on premise - 9:00am - 5:00pm with flexibility - The Human Resource Assistant will be responsible for executing HR transactions and administration, supporting the HR team across all HR service categories including HRIS data maintenance and integrity, leaves of absence, worker's compensation and coordination of the new Care Partner orientation program.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Four-year liberal arts or business degree or equivalent experience is preferred. 2+ years' experience in similar/other HR positions in Human Resources environment, preferred. Familiar with the overall HR operations & working knowledge of typical Human Resources procedures. Must be able to work independently with multiple priorities to successfully complete assigned projects and responsibilities. Ability to be self, directed, and proactive in a fast paced, constantly changing environment. Ability to interact with staff at all levels of the organization in a professional, courteous and tactful manner. Continuous improvement/quality focused. Proactive initiative and ownership mentality. Excellent judgment and decision making with ability to analyze data.
