Overview Part of the Human Resources team, you are the driving force behind building a strong employee culture. Your role will evolve with changing organizational needs as you foster a positive working environment and support the overall success of the business. You act as the bridge between management and employees to ensure the workplace nurtures productivity and growth. With your expertise in addressing the diverse needs of employees, you will contribute significantly to our organization's success and ability to attract, retain, and develop top talent.

Responsibilities We are looking for a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner to join our team, supporting our Corporate Functions, including Digital/IT, Legal, CTO, and Audit. In this role, you will be instrumental in aligning HR initiatives with business goals, fostering a strong organizational culture, and driving talent management strategies to ensure the success of these departments. Reporting to the Regional HR Leader, you will also collaborate closely with your global counterparts.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Partnership:
Serve as a business partner and advisor on people strategies that align with business objectives.
Collaborate with corporate function senior leaders to understand their business goals and challenges.
Develop and implement HR strategies that support the achievement of business objectives.
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on all HR-related matters.Talent Management:
In collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team, lead efforts to recruit top talent for client groups.
Oversee performance management processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Assess current and future talent needs for the organization and partner with HR COEs to develop strategies and plans to meet those needs.Employee Relations:
Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
Coach both employees and leaders through issues that are complex or sensitive in nature.Organizational Development:
Drive organizational development initiatives to enhance team effectiveness and employee engagement.
Implement change management strategies to support business transformation and growth.
Facilitate the communication of the organization's desired culture and LIXIL Behaviors which guide the decisions and actions of the business.HR Operations:
Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, as well as relevant employment laws and regulations.
Utilize HR metrics and analytics to drive data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement.Strategic Support:
Provide insights and recommendations on strategic HR initiatives to SBP.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation for meetings and decision-making processes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters in HR, SHRM or HR certification preferredProven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a corporate environment supporting corporate functionsAt least 7 years HR experience; at least 3 years in HR Business Partner roleStrong understanding of HR best practices and employment lawsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skillsStrong collaborative skills; ability to partner with senior-level leadersProficiency in project management with enthusiasm for continuous improvementStrategic thinker with problem-solving and analytical skills Hiring Range The Hiring Salary Range for this position is $79,000.00- $125,000.00 annually.
(Salary offer to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
This role will be eligible to participate in the annual Short Term Incentive plan.
