The HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning human resources strategies with organizational goals. This role is responsible for providing HR guidance on policies, employee relations, talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development. The HRBP will collaborate with managers to drive business results through people solutions and ensure compliance with HR practices and legal requirements. The HRBP will work with teams onsite, and support other administrative areas of HR as needed.
\n ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with business leaders to understand business objectives and develop people strategies that support those goals.Act as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, providing guidance on workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management.Drive organizational change initiatives to support business growth and cultural transformation.Lead talent review processes to identify high-potential employees and succession plans.Partner with managers to create career development plans and provide coaching on leadership development.Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, ensuring they are addressed and resolved promptly and fairly.Provide guidance on disciplinary actions, terminations, and conflict resolution in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.Support the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews, and performance improvement plans.Coach managers on giving feedback and fostering a high-performance culture.Ensure HR policies are up to date, communicated effectively, and consistently applied across the organization.Stay informed of changes to employment laws and ensure company compliance.Handle sensitive HR data with confidentiality and professionalism.Support the implementation of programs that foster a sense of belonging and engagement for all employees.Track and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and identify trends.Provide reports to leadership on key metrics such as turnover, engagement, and talent acquisition. Required Qualifications Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.3+ years of experience in HR roles, including at least 2 years as an HR Business Partner or similar role.Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.Experience with talent management, performance management, and employee relations in a manufacturing setting.Proficiency in HRIS systems and reporting tools.
