About the Role The Company is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join their team.
The successful candidate will be a strategic partner, thought leader, and change agent, with a focus on aligning HR initiatives with the company's vision and values.
Key responsibilities for the HRBP include strategic partnership with the HR leadership team, providing expert HR guidance, and leading the organization through change.
The role also involves talent management, performance improvement, and corporate collaboration to ensure a unified approach that supports organizational goals.
Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree, at least 5 years' of HR experience in a manufacturing environment, and a proven track record in managing complex employee relations.
Comprehensive knowledge of HR disciplines, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, and outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
The HRBP will be the driving force behind HR projects, with a focus on onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation, talent assessments, succession planning, and employee engagement/retention.
A dynamic, fast-paced work style and a PHR certification are preferred, but enthusiasm and drive are highly valued.
