Judge Direct Placement is seeking a LOCAL Human Resources Generalist in Chattanooga, TN area! **Must have manufacturing experience ** Responsibilities: Assist with internal and external HR related inquiries Assist in maintaining HR records Assist in recruitment process Help to manage employee performance Schedule meetings, interview, HR events etc. Perform orientations and update records of new staff Produce and submit reports on HR activity Keep up to date with latest HR trends and best practices Assist with talent development, 360 benchmarks, and succession planning Requirements: 3-5 years' experience in an HR role Must have basic computer skills
