Job Summary: Contribute to the enhancement of the organization's human resources department by ensuring proper documentation, communication, and compliance.Responsibilities and Duties:Assist with the creating and maintaining employee filesAssist with the company Wellness Program including advertising events in company newsletter and submitting wellness tips on a weekly basisAssist in employee onboardingTrack employee required onboarding documentation and complete follow ups to ensure all necessary information is received by deadlineRespond to general inquiriesSupport Paylocity system implementationSupport employee benefits and payroll changes/ updatesAdditional duties as assigned by HR Manager and Sr. HR Director Additional Details: The internship will be paid on a stipend basis in the amount of $1,200.Time frame: 12 weeks based on start date and academic calendar.Hours: Up to 20 hours per week with a flexible schedule.
Requirements
