As Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for: Leading, coaching and supporting the HR staff, plant management and associatesResearching and analyzing trends in compensation and benefits to attract talented employeesAdministering personnel policiesConducting employee investigations, disciplinary meetings and terminationsEmployee relationsManaging and leading recruiting, hiring, pre-employment screening and employee onboardingLeading benefits administration and open enrollmentCoordinating workers' compensation, leaves of absence and 401KCoordinating employee eventsMaintaining OSHA logs and reportsTo be considered for the Human Resources Manager position you must have: Previous human resource management experience in a manufacturing or distribution facility or similar, along with at least 5 years of experience.
