We are on the lookout for a **Human Resources Manager** who is adaptable, dynamic, and organized. The ideal candidate will understand that our employees are our most valuable asset and will lead our HR function to recruit, develop, and retain top-tier talent to support our growth. A Glimpse into the HR Manager Role:
- **Implement HR Strategies:** Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives that align with our overall business goals.


- **Employee Relations & Onboarding:** Oversee employee relations, onboarding processes, and ensure effective communication regarding HR policies, employee announcements, and benefits.
- **Internal Communications:** Manage internal HR communications and collaborate with key stakeholders to create effective messaging as needed.
- **Enhance Employee Experience:** Identify and execute opportunities to improve the employee experience in line with talent acquisition and retention objectives.
- **Recruitment Process:** Lead the full recruitment lifecycle across all levels and departments, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent.
- **Streamline Contract Hiring:** Solve challenges related to contract hiring and diverse skill requirements efficiently.
- **Compensation & Benefits:** Administer compensation, benefits, and leave policies effectively.
- **Foster a Positive Work Environment:** Promote a positive and safe workplace for on-site, hybrid, and remote employees.
- **Payroll Management:** Handle bi-weekly payroll processing and collaborate with the Finance team for accurate reporting.
- **Ensure Legal Compliance:** Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
- **Employee Engagement:** Work with the People Operations Supervisor to enhance employee engagement through events such as catered lunches, holiday celebrations, and recognition of business achievements and personal milestones.
What You Bring to the Table:
- **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years in a Human Resources role.


- **Integrity & Confidentiality:** Strong respect for confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.
- **Communication Skills:** Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- **Tech Savvy:** Comfortable with GSuite tools like Google Slides, Google Sheets, Google Drive, or equivalent Microsoft products.
- **HRIS Knowledge:** Familiarity with HRIS or payroll software.
- **Organizational Skills:** Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time management capabilities.
- **Attention to Detail:** Keen attention to detail with strong follow-up skills.
- **Conflict Resolution:** Proficient in negotiation and conflict resolution.
- **Enthusiasm:** A contagious passion for our mission, products, and people.
- **Additional Skills:** Experience in event planning and budget management is a plus.
