Human Resources Specialist
to join the team. This position is
hybrid
(3 days on site, 2 days WFH), and based at their beautiful
Midtown, Manhattan

Job Details
Act as point-person for employee HR questions
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and fulfill talent needs
Utilize application-based recruiting tools and job boards to source talent
Communicate with candidates and provide a positive, seamless hiring experience
Conduct phone screens and manage logistics for further interviews
Oversee onboarding process, including background checks
Maintain HRIS
Manage Timekeeping and PTO plans
Assist with event coordination and other HR department projects
Salary: $90-100k+ based on experience.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
3-5 years' Human Resources experience
Must have recruiting experience
Legal industry experience, highly preferred
Deep knowledge of local and federal labor and hiring laws
Tech savvy, dedicated to detail, and highly organized
Confident working with all levels of employees and leadership
Customer service oriented, with excellent sense of follow-through
