Hvac/Fireplace Lead Installers

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Lead Installer to join our team. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and opportunities for career growth.
Responsibilities:

Install new heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
Perform equipment repairs and replacements as needed
Plumb and connect refrigeration lines
Maintain accurate records of all work performed
Test systems to ensure proper functionality and efficiency
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC/R systems
Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations
Provide exceptional customer service during installations and service calls
Requirements:

Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role
Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC/R systems
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design plans
Proficient in field service techniques and procedures
Excellent problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
