We provide factory certification through our Service Technical Academy (STA) with recognition, monetary rewards, and advancement. We offer incentive programs and a #1 focus on employee safety. We also provide tools, cell phones, uniforms, and a company vehicle to perform your job and service our customers to the highest standard. What we look for Required Three years of commercial, industrial, and/or institutional experience with all types of chillers, various compressor technologies, chiller control systems, and speed drives. Requires Mechanical Journeyman status.Member of Local Union 286 or willing to join.Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software and working proficiency with handheld computers (i.e. smartphones, iPads).Adherence to company safety program. Valid driver's license.Appropriate licenses to work with refrigerant, boiler, and steam operational & service knowledge. EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification.Good verbal and written communication skills.Must be able to be on call nights and weekends on a schedule-rotating basis.Preferred More than 5 years of commercial, industrial, and/or institutional experience with all types of chillers, various compressor technologies, chiller control systems, and speed drives.
