The Opportunity Our HVAC Service Apprentices work alongside experienced HVAC Service Technicians to assist them in providing excellent service to our customers while learning the tools of the trade. If you have the desire to learn and advance as an HVAC professional, this opportunity is for you. We are looking for a motivated, career-minded teammate to join us! Once trained and promoted - our HVAC Service Technicians are among the highest-paid in South Carolina.
Apprentices who work hard and demonstrate competency are eligible for promotion within 6 months!

6 Paid Holidays + 1 Floating Holiday in your birthday monthWeekly paid training in the classroom and in the field with techniciansUniforms and laundry service provided Responsibilities Work alongside experienced HVAC Service Technicians in customers' homes as they troubleshoot, maintain, and service HVAC and ancillary systemsMeet with customers to help them understand their needs and ensure they are satisfied with our servicesAttend paid classroom training 2-3 times per monthShow up with a positive attitude on a daily basis Preferred Qualifications HVAC service experience preferred but not requiredExcellent problem-solving skills and mechanical competency Requirements Willingness to undergo background and drug tests in accordance with state and federal lawDriver's License and clean driving recordAbility to use power and hand toolsAbility to regularly lift up to 100 lbs.Ability to follow instructions and respond to feedback Schedule: M-F, every other Saturday. 7 AM - 5 PM
