We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Hybrid Sales Consultant within the Model Portfolio Solutions Channel. In this role, you will collaborate with a team of model distribution professionals to foster relationships with financial advisors. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with a select group of advisors through various digital channels and in-person meetings, while effectively promoting our suite of model offerings. We are looking for a dependable and knowledgeable team member who will champion our agenda and contribute to the success of our Americas SPDR ETF initiatives. This position offers a remote work environment with occasional travel requirements and office-based responsibilities.
As a Hybrid Sales Consultant, your duties will include:
- Identifying and addressing the diverse needs of our clients by offering compelling solutions, market insights, and investment ideas.
- Demonstrating expertise in State Street Global Advisors & SPDR ETFs portfolio management, maintaining a deep understanding of product positioning, holdings, and performance.
- Educating clients and prospects on the features and benefits of our product line, with a focus on model portfolios and SPDR ETFs.
- Taking ownership of key client relationships across the Intermediary Distribution channel, cultivating new connections, and driving overall revenue growth in SPDR Model Portfolios.
- Coordinating travel arrangements with partner firms and internal stakeholders to support business development efforts.
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver ETF resources and support to clients, including analytics, market insights, and investment recommendations.
- Promoting a culture of risk management and ethical conduct in sales activities.
- Continuously improving sales skills and staying updated on industry trends and developments.
Qualifications for success in this role include:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Series 7 and 63 licenses.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of ETFs, mutual funds, and related financial products.
- Self-motivation and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High energy, motivation, and dedication to achieving goals.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn and innovate.
- Willingness to travel as needed (~60-70% of the time).

Salary Range:
$80,000 - $132,500 Annual (The salary range specified applies to the primary location for this role. Actual compensation may vary based on location.)
