Job Description:
Senior IAM (Identity Access Management ) Authentication Platforms Build & Integration Senior Lead Analyst will be responsible for implementing, operating, and maintaining End to End solutions for Authentication platforms Applications . Securely manage and control products like Single Sign on, Token, Biometrics,Modern Policy Based Access Control Authorization (PBAC) ,CISCO ISE and SailPoint.This role requires high-level business acumen coupled with deep technical knowledge of authentication products and system design principles. In addition to being technically proficient, the candidate should have exceptional time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
Delivery of strategic and Transformational IAM(Identity Access Management )capabilities in partnership with engineering, architecture, and operations.
Support BRD creation for businesses on new demands/requirements as part of demand managements.
Educate and advise business and technical leaders on the development, delivery, and management of security solutions.
Provide security oversight for major system designs and monitor the implementation of approved Corrective Action Plans
Plan and implement IS administration for Information Technology (IT) projects, and plan short to medium term IS actions and resources.
Contribute to the evaluation and selection of applications and systems, focusing on IS implications.
Good understanding of Industry Standards Experience supporting API integrations (REST, SOAP) and Mobile applications (iOS and Android)
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy,
Applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
Continuously improve operating procedures and documentation to achieve service excellence.
Develop proof-of-concepts and prepare executive summaries to sell infrastructure transformation ideas to management.
Engage in Capacity, Performance and Stability management and reporting initiatives.
Communicate proposed work plans to the senior management and application support teams.
Take decisions independently and demonstrate accountability of outcomes.
Identify and resolve issues, engaging in Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Document resolutions in Knowledge Base(KB) tool.

Desired Skills:
Experience in supporting complex, multi-tier, distributed systems - Webservers, App Servers, Network topologies (Demilitarized Zone, Firewall rules etc.)
Experience in managing applications running on Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and/or Windows Server 12 and above.
Good understanding of Industry Standards Experience supporting API integrations (REST, SOAP) and Mobile applications (iOS and Android)
Experience in High-level Programming languages like Java and scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python.
Experience in integrating with IAM technologies such Sailpoint, Transmit, CiscoISE, Safeword, Gemalto CAS,Single-Signon, Federation, Role-Based and attribute-Based controls etc...
Encryption protocols used in Transport-Layer Encryption, Data Transmission and At-Rest Encryption and Key Exchange protocols.
Familiarity with Analytical tools like Splunk, AppDynamics etc.
Experience in Ansible playbook creation for automation, Splunk Dashboard setup, RLM or Udeploy tool.
Containerizing traditional applications using related technologies (e.g. Docker) and moving them to managed container platforms (e.g. Kubernetes, OpenShift, OpenStack, Cloud Foundry)

Qualifications:
10+ years of relevant experience
Proven experience with Databases preferred.
Deep understanding of Zero Trust & Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) technologies.
Experience in managing projects, leading operational process change and improvement and delivering infrastructure technologies products and services.
Experience in financial services or large complex and/or global environment preferred.
Experience developing projects for the identification of best practices (design of metrics, analytical tools, benchmarking activities, and related reporting).
Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication with ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
Proven analytical, diagnostic, and multitasking skills with focus on execution and attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to both work independently and partner with virtual teams in a high-pressure matrix environment.
Demonstrated ability to take ownership of various parts of a project/initiative with tight deadlines or unexpected changes in expectation/ requirements.
Technical certifications such as CISSP, CISM preferred.
