Prominent boutique business immigration firm seeks Associate with 3+ years of extensive business immigration experience handling PERMs, the full range of NIV (especially H & L) and IV petitions.

The successful candidate will thrive in a high volume environment with a diverse and complex case load. Experience must include:

Case strategy development Keen analysis Innovative problem-solving Preparation of a full range of business immigration applications for sophisticated, interesting, and varied clientele Top-tier English writing and communication skills, client relationship skills, excellent attention to detail, and case management/organizational skills are essential.
