What You'll Do:
As an Import Specialist - Customs Entry Writer, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the smooth movement of goods across borders. Here's what you'll be responsible for:
Acting as a friendly and efficient liaison between our company and our valued customers, resolving any issues or concerns with a smile.
Processing Customs and PGA entries to clear goods into the United States, ensuring compliance with all regulations and guidelines.
Utilizing your exceptional communication skills to coordinate shipping details with various stakeholders, including forwarders, carriers, and government agencies.
Keeping up-to-date with industry regulations and company policies to provide expert guidance and support to both internal and external partners.
Handling accounting processes accurately and efficiently, demonstrating a high level of attention to detail and professionalism.
What You'll Bring:

A high school diploma or GED, along with at least 2 years of relevant industry experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a knack for building positive relationships.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to type with speed and accuracy.
