In Building Construction Manager (Salem, OR) We are looking for an In Building Construction Manager for our enterprise communications and service client. The In Building construction manager must have specific experience on In Building solutions, be local to area, and be available for Physical site walks and on-site construction management. The In-building Construction Manager (IBCM) is responsible for all technical aspects of the telecommunications equipment deployment and ASP management at assigned jobs/venues.
Initially, this is an 18-month contract role (likely to extend), 40 hours/week, in Salem, OR.
This is a W2 employee of Stage 4 Solutions. Health benefits and 401K are offered.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure the appropriateness of the site for deployment Recommend or select suppliers and identify and validate scope items with RF and suppliers Determining and managing the distribution of the equipment and materials necessary for the deployment Managing site access; planning and scheduling the installation and construction of the job/site Conducting audits during the build and through construction completion Ensuring completion following company and customer standards Evaluating all punch list items and determining if construction is complete and acceptable Partners with / supports the Senior Construction Manager on complex jobs/sites, as needed. Partners with the Remote Construction Manager Ensure the proper and timely deployment of telecommunications equipment Performing feasibility walks at venues alongside the data collection Establish a POC with the venue for access and scheduling. Verify cable routing, GPS placement, DOT placement, ingress/egress to headend using Analyzing/developing the SOW, BOM, and work with RF design including the minimum thru-put requirements and the end requirements of the customer Utilizing in-building and deployment knowledge and expertise Resolve access issues before construction starts Report any material deficiencies that may halt job construction and create resolution plan QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience of in building construction management Good knowledge and skills, ability to identify and solve complicated problems that require careful analysis, adapt existing procedures, techniques, and methods, contribute to improvement and change, and work independently Experience evaluating the scope of the job/venue by deciding on the step-by-step methodology to build the system, and the materials and equipment necessary to complete the build Experience preparing reports and other communications to the Senior Construction Manager and Customer Project Manager Please submit your resume to our network at (Please apply to the In Building Construction Manager (Salem, OR) Role)
