We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Incident Management Coordinator to join our dedicated team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure compliance with reportable event requirements and collaborate closely with branch leaders to deliver safe, efficient, and effective client services in accordance with established quality standards and applicable regulations.
**What You'll Do:**
- Oversee daily missed visit reports to ensure timely completion of Critical Incident Reports (CIRs) and Diary Entries
- Maintain and track Managed Care Organization (MCO) Insufficient Staffing Reporting
- Monitor CIR Tracking reports from each branch
- Stay updated on incident management trends and identify training and program enhancement opportunities
- Provide comprehensive training on Critical Incident tracking and reporting
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Critical Incident Reporting and attend MCO meetings as needed
- Report daily metrics on Late CIRs and Diary Entries to Area Directors and State Director
- Collaborate with Area Directors to ensure accountability for Late CIRs and Diary Entries
- Facilitate incident/event discussions with Area Directors and State Recruiter
- Coordinate with branches to ensure proper incident/event follow-up and employee training
- Collaborate with Service Coordinators and MCO Care Coordinators until final resolution
- Prepare and submit monthly incident reports to Area Directors & State Director
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Ensure consistent attendance and flexibility to meet departmental needs
- Adhere to all Medicare, Medicaid, and HIPAA regulations and requirements
**What You'll Bring:**
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
- Preferably a Bachelor's degree in business, Social Services, Public Administration, or a related field
- Experience working within a managed healthcare environment (employee or contracted provider) is preferred
