Job Opportunity: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Essential Functions: Perform routine and preventative building maintenance. Conduct mechanical and electrical machine maintenance, including preventative maintenance. Troubleshoot and repair machinery. Execute other duties as required. Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong knowledge of general industrial maintenance procedures with skills in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems, as well as general facility maintenance. Ability to operate, perform, and manage technically complex projects using independent judgment and initiative. Proficient in reading, analyzing, and interpreting technical procedures, electrical schematics, blueprints, service manuals, and work orders to perform necessary maintenance. Experience in assembling/disassembling and installing new machines or equipment. Schedule and manage maintenance of company vehicles, including recordkeeping for Shop Forman/Accounting. Knowledgeable in safety standards and regulations, with proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Expertise in PLC and CNC control systems or electronics troubleshooting and diagnostics. Results-oriented, strategic thinker committed to maintaining a safe and clean work environment. Self-motivated, creative problem solver with a strong sense of urgency, capable of managing time and prioritizing projects. Maintain plans for fire evacuation, disaster response, and up-to-date records for all state, federal, and insurance inspections, warranties, and maintenance requirements. Respond to facility-related emergencies as the primary contact, including fire alarms and security alarms. Skills Required: 2-5+ years of proven experience Associate's degree preferred Strict attention to detail and strong follow-through High level of accuracy and strong organizational skills Ability to prioritize and work under pressure Budget and cost control experience Welding skills are a plus Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 lbs, up to 75 lbs with assistance Constant standing, bending, squatting, walking, and grasping Frequent reaching, twisting, pushing, pulling, and climbing stairs Occasional sitting, crawling, kneeling, keyboarding, balancing, and climbing ladders Language and Communication Skills: Ability to explain complex problems in understandable terms Solid verbal and written communication skills Benefits:
