Responsibilities: Lead the initiative to improve the current Data Loss Prevention (DLP) exclusions/exceptions process for the Cyber DLP team. This enhancement will encompass both process improvements and technological updates. Gain a deep understanding of the existing DLP architecture, processes, and procedures, and identify opportunities for improvement. Provide recommendations for alternative approaches to enhance the system. Collaborate with key stakeholders across Information Security, IT, and business units to implement the planned enhancements to the DLP exclusions process. From a technical standpoint, work with teams using tools like ServiceNow, Jira, SharePoint, and Splunk to design, develop, and implement the updated process and workflows. Create, update, and communicate comprehensive documentation for the enhanced DLP program. Support teams in reviewing and updating current DLP exclusions as necessary. Assist in executing tasks and initiatives as needed by the team. Position Requirements: Experience in technical DLP and process documentation. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage persuasively and credibly with management, stakeholders, and partners. Proficiency in DLP tools and technologies, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (including MS Visio), SharePoint, ServiceNow, Jira, and Splunk. Familiarity with MS Project is a plus. Flexibility to support changes outside of regular business hours (potentially after 8 PM ET). Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with changing priorities. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively. A proactive problem-solver, able to approach challenges as opportunities and develop detailed solutions.
