Job Title: IT Support Engineer (Freelancer) Location: Demopolis, AL (Onsite) Type: Part-Time Contract Ticket/Demand Based Company Overview: AVASO Technology Solutions is a global IT service provider, supporting leading national and international clients across 170+ countries. We offer cutting-edge IT solutions, and as a team member, you'll play a crucial role in delivering top-notch support to our clients. Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled IT Support Engineer to provide onsite L1/L2 support, including hardware/software troubleshooting, network support, and installations. This is a freelance, part-time role where you'll be paid per job. Travel to client sites is required, with expenses covered. Responsibilities: Perform hardware and software installations, upgrades, and break-fix services Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, and network issues Provide deskside support and help desk services to end-users Manage IT asset inventory and work with 3rd party vendors as needed Qualifications: 1-4 years of IT support experience (Windows 7/10, hardware, software) Diploma in IT or related field; A+ certification preferred Strong internetworking and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Fluent in English (B2 level or higher) Additional Information: Onsite role with travel; flexible hours Pay based on hours or days worked on client sites Most tasks are during business hours (Mon-Fri, 8 AM-6 PM) Website: Join AVASO and take your IT career to the next level with a global leader!
