Infrastructure Lead

About the Role: We're seeking an IT Lead to manage infrastructure, oversee a team of service reliability engineers and support technicians, and drive process optimization. This strategic role is focused on maintaining operational efficiency across on-premise and multi-tenant cloud environments. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily tickets and incidents related to server operations and infrastructure. Lead a team of service reliability engineers and support technicians. Implement automation tools to improve efficiency in service delivery and user support. Manage SCCM for effective Windows management and deployment. Ensure proper resource planning and handle escalated issues. Document and communicate workflow updates within ITIL frameworks. What We're Looking For: 5-8 years of experience in IT management. Proven experience managing teams and complex Active Directory environments. Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux server platforms, SCCM Strong troubleshooting skills and a commitment to customer service. Experience with process optimization and automation in IT operations.
