SUMMARY The Infrastructure Manager's role is to lead our technology initiatives. This role is responsible for managing complex IT environments, driving infrastructure projects, and delivering high-quality services. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Overseeing Infrastructure Operations Manage and lead the infrastructure team to ensure efficient and effective resolution of technical issues while providing superior customer service. Develop and implement support policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery. Monitor support metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve technical issues impacting business operations. Ensure the infrastructure team is equipped with the necessary tools, training, and resources to perform their duties effectively. Ensure the proper maintenance and cyber security profile of all systems. Maintain consistent confidentiality, integrity and availability of business resources. Infrastructure Initiatives Lead the planning, design, and implementation of infrastructure projects, including network, server, and storage solutions. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to improve the organization's infrastructure capabilities and efficiency. Manage infrastructure budgets, including cost estimates, procurement, and vendor management. Ensure the infrastructure is secure, scalable, and aligned with the organization's business objectives. Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure minimal disruption in the event of an outage. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management or a similar role. Proven track record of successfully managing infrastructure teams and infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of network, server, and storage technologies, as well as cloud computing (Azure Focus) and virtualization. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or Cisco are a plus.
