Infusion Coordinator

Job Summary: Under general supervision, coordinates patient scheduling, answer phones, discuss benefits, coordinate co-pays collection, data entry, verification, and editing of complex, typically confidential data.  Interact with client office staff/physician.  Send upcoming patient schedules via email. Send patient reminders. WeInfuse experience is a plus.  Qualifications/Educational Requirements: High school diploma or GED with 2 years experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Competent in computer programs, such as, WeInfuse, G-Suite Drives, MS Word and Excel as well as the ability to use standard office equipment.
