\n Responsibilities: Ensure garments are being sewn to specifications and adhering to quality guidelines of factory, as per approved technical packagesMeasure garments on active sewing floor to ensure they are accurate to specificationsEnsure correct sewing operations, machine set ups, thread color, label placement and trims are being implemented according to specificationsEnsure sewing floor is cleanly so as not to contaminate garmentsRegularly check stitching and needle quality Identify machines that are in poor working order and initiate repair with in-house mechanicInitiate repairs of incorrectly sewn garments on sewing floorEvaluate bundles for complete and accurate sewing before passingIdentify repetitive issues with quality of production, and escalate issues to the Factory Operations Supervisor for corrective actionRegularly report Inline QC findings and concerns to Factory Operations Supervisor and Factory leadership teamBe accountable to maintain quality standards of the factory and the company, ensuring garments are accurate to specifications before passing to the next phase of productionVoluntary overtime as needed Work in a safety sensitive environmentMust have 5+ years experience working in a quality control position for apparel manufacturing, cut & sew knits experience preferredReports to: Factory Operations Supervisor Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands.
