Position Overview
Frog Street is seeking a passionate, growth-oriented Inside Sales Account Executive (ISAE) to join our dynamic team focused on the public school and Head Start markets. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in early childhood development and will be instrumental in expanding our footprint in the public sector by offering innovative early childhood solutions.
The Inside Sales Account Executive thrives in a self-directed, fast-paced role focused on achieving daily activity and monthly revenue goals. They find joy in bringing quality early childhood education solutions to the market. They possess strong communication skills (especially listening!) and the ability to match customer needs with solutions through successful virtual sales meetings and presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate must live within the required territory (CT, MA, ME, NH, NY, RI, VT).
Manage assigned territory to maximize coverage and ensure effective development of opportunity pipeline.
Maintain a high volume of outreach to prospective customers, averaging 100 outbound calls per week.
Utilize sales engagement tools to execute multichannel prospecting campaigns including email, phone, and social networking.
Follow up on and qualify inbound leads in a timely manner.
Consult with customers to identify needs and align with solutions and services.
Deliver engaging online product presentations and demos.
Prepare price quotes.
Own full sales cycle from prospecting and needs discovery to presentation and closing the sale, collaborating with internal partners as needed.
Provide timely and valuable service to develop customer trust and loyalty.
Continually grow knowledge of territory, key trends in early childhood education, and alignment to Frog Street products and services.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity and opportunity information in Salesforce.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
Previous sales experience preferred; extensive Early Childhood experience will be considered.
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
Self-motivated, goal and detail-oriented.
Strong communication, creative thinking, and analytical skills.
Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
Proven track record of developing leads through prospecting.
Experience working effectively in a remote environment.
Knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
Physical Requirements:
Represent Frog Street in a professional manner through video, phone, and occasional face-to-face interaction.
Dedicated workspace.
Sit or stand at the computer for long periods of time.
Minimal travel, up to 10%.
