WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN AN INSIDE SALES - ACCOUNT MANAGER High school diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of experience in inside sales At least 1 year with outbound calls Ability to use Microsoft Suite programs Three or more years of experience with inside sales and high-volume outbound calls is preferred. Familiarity with Google Suite, insurance experience, and CRM system experience is ideal too.
DAY-TO-DAY You will start your day energized and ready to connect with potential clients. Your main focus will be on customer relationship management, making over 50 outbound calls daily to generate leads and secure new business opportunities. You will spend your time developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. By the end of the day, you will have contributed significantly to our company's growth!
