As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be primarily responsible for closing new leads that come into the company through direct-to-consumer marketing. \n Essential FunctionsManage a volume of assigned inbound and outbound consumer leads to engage business on behalf of the company Contact new leads to provide estimates and close sales on services, with performance being based on ability to close salesCoordinate the scheduling of engaged projects with new clients and local markets for installation Manage workload utilizing appropriate technology platforms, including: HubSpot, Service Titan, DialPad, and Excel.Manage assigned leads on behalf of the company by staying current on market/industry trends and services/products offered by the companyCommunicate carefully, intentionally, and with accurate information to prioritize a positive experience for clientsRespond to all communications with a healthy sense of urgency, balancing phone calls, emails, and chat messages appropriatelyWork efficiently to meet team and personal goalsPerform other duties as assigned by management Required Skills / AbilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsFamiliarity and adaptability in using various software systemsAbility to acquire and maintain required industry certifications Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and OutlookExperience with administrative and clerical procedures Physical Demands and Work EnvironmentThis job operates primarily in an office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, etc.?
