Mid-Level IP Technology Transactions Associate Attorney Our client is a top Am law firm, seeking a mid-level associate for its highly-ranked, world-class Technology Transactions practice group in New York, San Francisco, Silicon Valley, and Los Angeles. The position involves working with domestic and international clients in technology, digital media, consumer technology. The salary for this position is between $260k to $390k.
Qualifications 3+ years of complex technology transactions experience with significant law firm experience in intellectual property, contract law, and commercial transactions.Additional experience in IP and commercial aspects of M&A and other corporate transactions.JD with excellent academic credentials.Strong communication and interpersonal skills; team focused.All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
