What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Ship projects end-to-end in a fast-paced, iterative environment
Own features, services, caches, and databases, including deployment, monitoring, debugging, and testing
Participate in cross-functional team projects and help shape the roadmap for future projects
Be data-driven and conduct experiments for product launches
Work with both frontend and backend parts of the stack, with a focus on React, Python, and Node
What Is Required (Qualifications)
2+ years of professional working experience in software development
Strong experience with Python or Node on the backend, and a modern frontend JS framework like React, Vue, or Angular
Knowledge of web services and modern web technologies
Strong communication skills and ability to work in an agile team environment
Highly motivated with a strong sense of ownership
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience working with a variety of technologies and stacks, including React, Python, Node, Gitlab, AWS, Docker, Postgres, Redis, Datadog, Amplitude, and Snowflake
SQL/analytics know-how and familiarity with devops concepts
Previous experience in a startup environment
Experience working closely with business stakeholders
Proficiency in writing end-to-end/browser based tests
