Job Details:
This position is for a summer Internship from May 2025 – August 2025
Responsibilities:

The internship is a project-based role and an intern will be expected to work on several projects simultaneously, depending on complexity. The intern will have the ability to provide input into the actual projects that will be performed. Possible project opportunities include, but are not limited to the following:

Lead the change management efforts for a new HR process/offering
Define emerging capabilities and develop a strategic workforce plan to develop/acquire those new capabilities
Develop a talent and organizational dashboard that allows business leaders to effectively deploy and retain their human capital
Conduct process mapping of key HR processes and identify improvement opportunities

Interns will be expected to collaborate with individuals at all levels, across the HR team and with business leaders

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a Master's of Human Resources, MBA with an emphasis in Human Resource Management or other related Master's degree, with a graduation date of Aug 2025 or later
