About Dexcom's Summer Intern Program:
Looking to spend your summer working with innovative technology and changing the lives of patients with diabetes? Dexcom's U.S. 12-week internship program provides an experience driven program aimed at developing the next generation of talent. Our onsite, hybrid, and remote work models ensure that we can invite diverse and talented intern classes from across thecountry. Internswill have the chance to gain knowledge and develop their skills while contributing to key company projects and initiatives. Dexcom interns have earned the nickname of "Game Changers" based on their ability to leave a lasting impact on our organization. Internship Department Details:
Department Name:Medical Affairs, External Research
Business Function:Working with the members of the External-Research team in facilitating Dexcom's support of external clinical projects including assistance with initiation of and ongoing support for external clinical projects.
Team Highlights:Intern will work collaboratively to monitor incoming research support requests to track/execute legal documents and to provide/fulfill projections and timelines for external project support.

Where you come in:
You will support external research team in providing Medical Affairs/External Research Review Board with monthly updates.
You will need to be able to collaborate effectively with peers and leadership across departments. Professionally interact/build relationships with internal and external key leaders during and throughout projects.
You will need to understand Good Clinical Practices Guidelines and complete CITI Ethics training.
You will need to provide field support including on-site or webinar training.

What makes you successful:
You will bring your experience in research, science, or medical device field in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
Your knowledge about device regulations and how this pertains to sponsor-supported Investigator Initiated studies.
You will ideally possess Good Clinical Practice (GCP) certification.
Your possession of a professional certification (e.g. ACRP, SoCRA, RAPS) is a plus.

Experience and Education Requirements:
Intern I
Requires a high school diploma/certificate or equivalent.
Must be a currently enrolled student at an accredited college or university with an expected graduation date of December 2025 or later.

Non-Exempt Salary Details:
Intern I
The annualized base salary range for this role is $22.00 to $29.00. Annualized values for non-exempt (hourly) positions are estimates, final annualized salary will depend on total hours worked. Final compensation package will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, business needs and market demand
