Position Summary

Our Medical Excellence team is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Strategy and Operations team within the Medical Affairs function. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in strategic planning, project management, and operational excellence in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning Support:
Assist in developing and implementing strategic initiatives and operational plans for the Medical Excellence function.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and data for strategic projects.

Project Management:
Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of key projects within Medical Affairs.

Develop project timelines, track progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Prepare project status reports and presentations for senior leadership.

Operational Excellence:
Assist in optimizing processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Support developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for process enhancements.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support strategic and operational initiatives.

Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.

Assist in developing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success.

Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, Commercial Teams, and Legal, etc.

Support the organization and coordination of meetings, workshops, and events.

Assist in preparing communication materials and updates for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Life Sciences, Business Administration, Public Health, Medical, Engineering, or a related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data

Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Interest in the pharmaceutical industry and a passion for improving patient outcomes
