About the Position: We are working with a dynamic Chicago law firm that is seeking an intellectual property/trademark lawyer to join its practice as an associate or partner (depending on experience level) and work on all aspects of trademark prosecution, licensing, and enforcement. This practice represents clients ranging from start-ups to established companies in the full range of technology and IP matters.
