The Information Technology Department is an integral part of this Company's success. The Information Technology Administrator will administer and review the acquisition, development, maintenance, and use of the server and application software.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Document procedure, development, and deployment of Servers (includes all patches and updates) Phone server administration Microsoft Server and Advanced Server Administration Basic Linux Server Administration Internal and External Website Development and Administration Develop and deploy training sessions on Company Wide software and system usage Document, deploy, and develop procedures for anti virus system Anti-virus system administration Develop, document, and administer system backup Document, deploy and maintain asset tracking and management system Document and develop procedures to monitor network packet flow and traffic Perform repairs and technical support on all computers and peripherals, communications equipment, security equipment and telephone equipment at all locations Maintain records of equipment repairs Set up and test new systems and install initial software packages Perform software updates Train employees on software and hardware Networks Perform OEM software updates Install and terminate cabling for Information Technology systems Network Router/Firewall/Switch/Wifi Configuration and reliability administration Data security administration Develop, document and deploy multi-factor authentication Software Provide technical support to the users for the software packages authorized for use by the Company in addition to hardware and operator problems Update server and all work stations with OEM updates Physical Demands and Environment:

Must be able to communicate effectively Advanced math skills Ability to learn and understand new technology Ability to explain complex concepts clearly Ability to read and understanding information and ideas presented in writing Able to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences Must have a valid driver's license and must meet insurability requirements with the Company's insurance company. Occasional travel by auto or air Overnight stays of up to one week Willing to work nights and weekends when necessary
