SUMMARY The IT Business Analyst is responsible for gathering requirements, solving problems, and working with various groups. The majority of this role is focused on driving continuous improvement around enterprise wide initiatives. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES * Lead requirements gathering for multiple concurrent projects. * Bridge between development team, and multiple business / IT groups * Assists with development approach and prioritization of experience projects. * Lead meetings and scrum events * Design mock-ups for various Power Apps * Primary resource for development team to ask questions * Understand and support Product Owner's overall vision of roadmap QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS * 4-year bachelor degree in engineering, business, or technology * Ability to work in a constant state of ambiguity * Knowledge and experience with the power platform * Knowledge of agile methodology NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS * Seeks to understand customer needs in detail and how to satisfy them * Supports organizational change (e.g., asks questions, abandons past ways of doing things, etc.) * Demonstrates effective presentation skills CULTURE AND BENEFITS "Be Orange. In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
