\n ResponsibilitesProvide responsive and empathetic first-line technical support for IT incidents and service requests, ensuring each interaction reflects high-quality customer care.Handle Tier 1 help desk tasks through tickets and phone calls, and coordinate with senior IT staff for more complex issues.Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot hardware, printers, laptops, and authorized peripherals, following ISO guidelines to ensure compliance and safety.Customize desktop hardware to meet individual user needs while aligning with site standards, ensuring users feel supported in their work.Conduct routine maintenance on workstations, printers, and other peripherals, ensuring smooth operation for all.Help create and maintain clear documentation and standard operating procedures for both IT and end users, supporting a seamless, user-friendly experience.Pay close attention to detail in all tasks to maintain accuracy and efficiency across IT support.Lead IT orientation and training sessions for new employees, working closely with senior IT team members to foster a welcoming and informative onboarding experience. Qualifications2-3 years of IT support experience or a strong foundation in a structured, technical role.Familiarity with systems, hardware, and networking fundamentals.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to tackle a variety of technical issues.Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across a diverse team.Dedication to providing exceptional, customer-focused service.Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.Skilled at multi-tasking, including managing longer-term projects that span several weeks or months.Willingness to take direction and adapt in response to evolving needs and priorities. Additional Requirements Flexibility for occasional evening and weekend work.Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation, offering after-hours support as needed to keep operations running smoothly.This role reports directly to the Information Security Officer (ISO) and involves close collaboration with other IT teams to ensure the seamless operation of the bank's computer systems.This role involves traveling to all bank locations. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
