Responsibilities
• Overseeing technical, business, design, and administrative components of a project• Managing and producing all documentation for projects from start to finish• Guiding and mentoring junior staff• Engaging in multiple projects simultaneously
Requirements
• Degree in Architecture from an accredited university• 3-7 years of experience with high-end residential or hospitality projects• Detail-oriented and organized• Excellent listening and communication skills• Expertise in Revit and 3D rendering• Ability to work on projects through all phases• Experience with render tools and running renders using platforms like Twimmotion or Lumion
